How I work

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and former school counselor with four years of experience supporting adolescents through some of their most formative years. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a journalist, an experience that shaped the way I listen closely, ask meaningful questions, and value the power of a well-understood story.

Today, I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, relationships, identity shifts, burnout, and the quiet pressure to keep up.

I believe therapy is a space to slow down and look at the narrative being lived, what shaped it, what still fits, and what may be ready to change. Together, we create space for clarity, self-trust, and a new chapter that feels more aligned with who you are becoming.
