BRAINSPOTTING & THERAPY INTENSIVES
For the deep work that can’t wait.
how i can help
Brainspotting & therapy intensives can help you make real progress sooner.
Brainspotting and therapy intensives offer focused, deeper work for moments when traditional weekly sessions may not feel like enough.
Brainspotting helps access and process experiences stored in the body and nervous system especially trauma, performance blocks, or long-standing emotional patterns often reaching places that feel difficult to articulate.
Therapy intensives extend our time together to move thoughtfully and thoroughly through a specific issue without feeling rushed.
Both options are designed for meaningful, concentrated progress so you can feel shifts beyond the surface level.

Common questions about Brainspotting & therapy intensives
-
Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach that uses where you look, along with awareness of what you’re noticing in your mind and body, to help you process experiences that may feel difficult to put into words. During a session, we’ll work together to find a specific eye position, or “brainspot,” connected to what you’re experiencing.
From there, you’ll have space to notice whatever comes up, thoughts, emotions, memories, or physical sensations, without needing to analyze or explain everything.
Your therapist stays present and attuned throughout the process, allowing the session to unfold at your pace.
-
A therapy intensive is a longer, 90-minute session that gives us more time to slow down and focus on what’s bringing you to therapy. Rather than feeling rushed or having to stop just as you’re getting somewhere, an intensive gives you more space to explore a specific experience, pattern, or concern and work through it at a deeper level.

These options can be especially helpful if you feel stuck in traditional weekly therapy, are working through trauma or a specific event, or want to make significant progress in a shorter period of time. We’ll discuss your goals together and determine whether this format feels supportive and appropriate for you.
